Milo is turning into a very froggy piece. I have stopped and restarted several times and I have painstakingly gone back stitch by stitch. This afternoon has been a froggy Sunday.
I must say though that I love the wool, it feels very soft and snuggly and the colours are just what I want to match my daughters grey eyes.
This morning we went on adventure and went for a woodland walk at Yarrow Valley Country park.

We had lots of fun looking up at the trees

The girls spotted lots of ducks and swans.

And came across this fella

And now my dear readers I shall go. Have a lovely Sunday evening and enjoy your week. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Milo my friends is going to be this www.Ravelry.com/projects/Faith76/milo
It is going to be a simple *lol laughing at the simple part* seemless vest for my pre-schooler two year old.

Hello dear readers,

I have a day off today to look after my little miss. Have dropped youngest off at nursery this morning, my plans are to knit and unfortunately tidy up. Can any one pass me on a bit of motivation lol.

I have been trailing these two super food powders from Bioglan. Cacao & Flax + Super berries powder and the second one is Raw Cacao.

To be honest I have piled on some sneeky extra pounds so anything for a healthier life style is really interesting to me at the moment.

I decided to try the one with super berries with my morning porridge. It surprised me as I was not expecting a powder but seeds and I thought it would be a brighter colour such as purple. It did not make my porridge look very appetising. My porridge tasted slightly less sweet but still a very hearty breakfast and I am pleased that I have had super food squeezed into my diet.

This morning my eldest requested a smoothie so I thought what a perfect way to try the Raw Cacao.
We used one small banana, half a pint of semi skimmed milk and one teaspoon of Raw Cacao.

Now this really was my chocolate heaven but not quite my daughters as strange as this may seem she does not really like chocolate.
I will definitely have this again delish.
Enjoy your day Leah xxxxx
P.S Thank you to Tesco for letting me try the above products for free.

Hello dear readers,

The last few weeks have been packed full of adventure. Here is a snippet.

A teddy bears picnic
Trips to the seaside
Walks to the park and climbing mountains but will show you more of that another time.
Play dates galore, what fun these holidays have been.

So today I am working on Milo for my two year old so she can wear it for this autumn/winter. Quite ambitious for me as I  a slooooooow knitter.
I am using king Cole Country Tweed DK in shade Pennines. Milo is an adorable vest top which will look fab for a layered look. It is knitted in the round so I won't have to do dreaded seams.

I am also reading this. I shall reserve judgement until the end but it is hard going at the moment, surprised that it was a Richard and Judy summer read but as I say my opinion will change when I have read this.

I am going now, have a great Sunday xxx

P.S I am linking up withwww.laventanaazul-susana.blogspot.co.uk As she has a lovely giveaway to celebrate her five year bloggaversary to win a case for your ipad, kindle etc so get your entries in if you want to win fingers crossed.
